FSR Team at the United Way Day of Caring
The 17th annual United Way Laurence E. Richardson Day of Caring was a great success!
On September 17, 2008, more than 2,400 volunteers from local businesses and organizations proved once again that they care about our community by reporting to work sites at local nonprofit organizations and public schools to tackle meaningful volunteer projects.
First Systems & Resources sent a team to the Christian Aid Mission. Steve Brown, Jennifer Herrion, Alicia Jarrell, Abby Lunn, Jeff Claman, Tom Cain, and Matt Hegemier spent the morning cleaning an overgrown fence line of vines.
Volunteers made a difference at 220 project sites in the Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Louisa, and Nelson communities.

Thanks to FSR for participating in this year's Day of Caring. I'm sure Burley Middle School looked great when you got done there. And MANY THANKS to FSR for printing our Day of Caring tshirts. They looked FANTASTIC. Well done.
